Maan Farms Ltd. is a working farm and recreational property. Visiting the farm and participating in activities and attractions involves inherent and other risks.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Interaction with animals, including entering enclosures or petting or feeding animals through fences. Animals may behave unpredictably and may bite, kick, push or step on guests.
• Use of attractions and recreational features, including jumping pillows, ziplines, play structures, climbing elements, tire features and other equipment.
• Slips, trips and falls due to uneven or changing surfaces including dirt, mud, gravel, grass and other farm terrain.
• Exposure to changing weather conditions, allergens, insects, dust, hay and other environmental factors.
• Risks associated with food and beverage consumption, including hot items, spills and allergic reactions.
• The actions or negligence of other guests on the property.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the risks described above. I voluntarily accept and assume the risks associated with entering Maan Farms and participating in its activities and attractions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive and release Maan Farms Ltd., its owners, employees, agents and representatives from claims for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from my visit or participation, including claims arising from the negligence of Maan Farms Ltd., its owners, employees, agents or representatives.

I agree to follow all posted rules, attraction requirements and instructions from Maan Farms staff.

Children must be supervised at all times. I accept responsibility for supervising any minors in my care while visiting the farm.
